Reverse Engineering:
Using years of experience in scanning, Metrology Solutions Inc. can capture digitally, and model, 3 dimensional characteristics of an object. We use a host of methods for capturing data, providing measurable cost and time effectiveness. Computer modeling software imports the 3D data to be used for cad models, prototyping, and computer aided inspections.
Calibration Services
*Calibration of gages;
We will service you at our facility or come to you. You can keep doing your job and we will do ours by helping keep your gages calibrated so you can meet your quality needs. We do this from start to finish by handling the record keeping along with keeping track of the certifications.
*Calibration of equipment;
We calibrate and maintain your OGP equipment with our own factory trained staff. We also offer emergency services for calibrations and repairs and have an airplane on standby at all times. In most cases we can be at your facility within 4 hours, no matter where you are located in the southeast. (all other areas of North America will have to be next day at best)
Contract Programming:
Consist of us producing a program for your part and then proofing that program on one of your parts. If needed the quote can include onsite services to proof the program and/or training of how to run the program.
Contract Inspection:
Consist of us producing a program for your part that will be provided to you in the same fashion as contract programming. The difference would be that we would do the part run off at our facility. Thereby, giving you a third party certification on your parts.
On Site Support:
We come to your facility to assist you in the programming of your parts. We would be there as an advisor to your current CMM people.
Training:
Training can be conducted here at our facility or yours. In either case it would be done not only on a sample part but would also include your parts. The theory maybe talked about using a simple prismatic part but then we would learn how to apply that to your real world parts.
Consulting:
Consulting can be done on many different levels. We have been asked to consult on the hiring of new CMM personnel. We have also been asked to consult in the buying of new equipment. So, consulting can take on many roles.
Gage Inspection & Repair:
Metrology Solutions, Inc. can take over your gage inspection program in a manner that will be more cost effective then having your own people doing this work and freeing up your CMM people to perform more meaningful part inspections. This also puts your gages in a third party certification status, which is always better for ISO. As we inspect your gages and find problems Metrology Solutions, Inc can go that extra step and repair your gages. Give you worry free gages on your shop floor. |
